Our guests and clients of the learnining centre we offer super-tasty meals and refreshments, made with love and presented with style. The ingredients are fresh, organic, vegetarian and locally sourced where possible.

*Most of our vegetables are grown in the valley by our neighbours permaculture project. Ingredients are organic and locally sourced where possible.
Our wonderful catering team and beautiful facilities are here to skilfully support your group, your workshop or event. We make sure that your participants and students feel well looked after and at home. According to the activities and needs of the group we will design the menu together with you.

We have started the Association Pont de Valenti to give more voice and benefits to our growing family of valley-lovers and supporters of our work.
