Summer Centre Registration

SUMMER CENTRE REGISTRATION

The Easy Day Summer Centre offers welcoming spaces to slow down, relax and enjoy the valley. Alongside fresh food and refreshing drinks, it invites visitors to discover the spirit and work of Easy Day.

Easy Day is a centre for nature-based learning and retreats rather than a public café. We therefore ask visitors to register before using the spaces or ordering food and drinks.

One adult may register on behalf of the whole group.

SUMMER CENTRE TERMS OF USE

We want the Summer Centre to remain a welcoming, peaceful and safe place for everyone. By registering, you agree to share these terms with your group and help ensure that they are respected.

Please:

  • treat other visitors, the centre, its shared spaces and the natural surroundings with care and respect;
  • follow the signs and any guidance given by the Easy Day team;
  • supervise children at all times;
  • keep dogs on a lead at all times, clean up after them and make sure they do not disturb
    other visitors. Only Easy Day’s resident dog may roam freely;
  • smoke only at the designated tables directly in front of the bar and reception, and always use the ashtrays provided. Because of the high risk of fire,
    smoking is strictly prohibited everywhere else, including quiet and contemplative areas, children’s and play areas, paths and natural spaces;
  • remain within the areas intended for visitors and do not enter private, closed or staff-only areas unless invited;
  • use the river, paths, play areas and other facilities carefully and responsibly, taking account of the conditions and your own abilities;
  • take all rubbish and personal belongings with you and leave no trace.

Easy Day may restrict access to certain areas or ask anyone behaving unsafely,
disrespectfully or contrary to these terms to leave the centre.
