Korbi Hort | Director
Korbi is a accomplished rock climber, outdoor guide, group facilitator and social activist. He has applied his understanding on the transformative power of nature and adventure experiences, art and mindfulness practice across a wide range of projects. His work has touched thousands of lives and created a growing network linking business leaders, psychologists, educators and outdoor professionals to a common mission: to facilitate the emergence of a peaceful world that our children will want to inherit.

Korbi is founder of Easy Day (www.easy-day.com) and a co-founder of Active Earth Learning, the Avalon Sustainability school for youth (www.avalon-school.org) and the Active Earth Foundation. Korbi graduated at the University of Edinburgh in Outdoor Education with Environmental Studies and holds an MSc in Sustainability and Responsibility from Ashridge Business School. Korbi lives near his beloved Sant Aniol valley in the foothills of the Spanish Pyrenees.

Andres Roberts | Director
Andres works with businesses and organisations to develop new ways of working for our future as human beings. He is a partner and consultant with Kessels & Smit The Learning Company – a unique consultancy with a growing international reputation. Andres designs and produces deep learning and transformation experiences using experience, interaction and play. He writes, speaks and connects on themes including creativity, play and the ‘virtuous organisation’. Andres holds a MSc in Responsibility and Sustainability from Ashridge Business School. Previously he was founder of Eudemonic, an innovation and learning agency in London and before that he worked in the private sector in strategy and marketing.
